1) My opinion of the IBL lessons.
I really appreciate that the teachers had organise such a lesson for us. It is a learning experience actually. Each day, we will have a experiment on either aeroplanes, meal worms or parachutes.
2) Compare the IBL lessons to the normal Sci lessons.
When we are having our Science lessons during school day, we do not need to do those aim of the experiment, hypothesis or any other things on the worksheet given. Furthermore, it is really more interesting when we had to think of a aim and do the experiment by ourselves.
3) The benefits of IBL lessons.
We learned the 5E which stand for Engagement, Exploration, Explanation, Extension and Evaluation. We can use the 5E before conducting an experiment.
We also learned more about meal worms, aeroplanes and parachute. For example, the meal worms have 6 legs and it likes dark places.
